Clubhouse
Clubhouse use is reserved for Charleston Ridge residents only on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in using the clubhouse for an event, please contact the board to receive information.
There is a $150 deposit fee to reserve the clubhouse. On return of the keys and check-out inspection, $120 will be refunded if there are no additional cleanup/repair costs. This means that there is a $30 general utility/usage fee.
During high usage periods, we may will post reservation dates on this page as the deposits are received.
